Therapeutic Treatment
A hands-on massage treatment for deep work into an area that is tight or sore. Their therapist uses your history and performs physical testing to understand your problem, and then uses specialised techniques, including trigger point therapy to release the area to help healing.
This work is deep, slow and really produces results, especially for athletes and people with chronic, ongoing pain.
Conditions we treat include:
- Neck pain and tension
- Headaches
- Upper back tension and pain
- Lower back pain
- Shoulder pain / rotator cuff injuries
- Elbow pain (tennis elbow/golfer’s elbow)
- Knee problems
